Lemont Developer Discussion Panel (Summary Report)

The Village was selected for inclusion in the 2014 Community Planning Program of Projects for a ULI Developer Discussion Panel. The Discussion was used by the Village to solicit guidance on ways to proactively attract infill development near the Metra Station as well as along the Downtown Main Street corridor.
