Ridership data for this workbook is submitted to the RTA on a weekly basis from CTA, Metra, and Pace.  Data is collected for the purposes of the RTA COVID dashboard, to show daily ridership changes in 2020 relative to 2019.
CTA ridership reflects fully-processed data, including cross-platform transfers for rail and cash and other farebox rides for bus.

Metra data contains weekday actual passenger loads compared to prior year same-week passenger loads. 

Pace data reflects fixed-route ridership only (no Dial-a-Ride, Vanpool, or ADA Paratransit).  

All data are not audited or final, and are subject to change.
