Antioch Downtown Land Use and Transit Implementation Strategy

After the Village completed several transit-oriented development studies for their Metra Station area, this project revised the zoning ordinance to a form-based code, and will be utilized to regulate all future development in the TOD area.The final report was presented to the Village Board in March and the form-based code was adopted in 2011.
