Elburn TOD Plan

The Elburn Connects Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan is a tool to help the Village of Elburn guide future improvements and development in and around downtown Elburn and the Village's Metra rail station. The plan examines land use and transportation networks and offers recommendations for how the Village can enhance connectivity between the Metra station and downtown Elburn and within the downtown area more generally. In addition, the plan identifies a set of opportunity sites that could be redeveloped. The plan's vision, goals, recommendations, and implementation strategies were based on an analysis of existing conditions in the area and extensive community engagement.
