Description
The Sunrise Express is an early morning reverse commute train operating on the Metra UP North Line from Chicago to Waukegan. The service enables reverse commuters to meet 7AM work start times of north suburban employers. Other benefits include a viable suburb-to-suburb option for commuters living north of Chicago and an additional inbound train. Current Activities
Metra implemented the project April 2, 2007. JARC funding for this project was exhausted in October 2011. In its last year of funding the project averaged 8,121 trips per month. Metra continues to provide the service with its own funds.

Description
This project is designed to coordinate paratransit services in Kane County into a more centralized system that would optimize resources for the expansion of service into areas currently not served and provide additional service for underserved areas. The project will increase the mobility of older adults, persons with disabilities, and low income individuals by providing access to needed services and employment. Ride-in-Kane, initially funded with the 2006 program, was implemented February 1, 2008. AID became the grantee for this project in May 2011. Pace previously served as the grantee.

The service provided 11,516 trips in March 2011. This project is complete.

Description
This express bus route was originally implemented as Route 889 to provide low income residents in south Cook County with access to employment centers in the vicinity O-Hare and Schaumburg. In order to improve performance Pace introduced a new service design on November 21, 2011 as Route 895. The service operates peak period, peak direction, express service (NB in morning; SB in midday and evening) between Chicago Ridge & Pace Northwest Transportation Center with selected trips operating via the CTA Blue Line Rosemont Station. The service also includes a distributor segment to serve businesses in the Schaumburg area; the routing for each morning trip will vary/flex based on passenger destinations and the routing for midday and evening trips will follow the route¿s Schaumburg segment.
Current Activities
Pace reintroduced this service with a new service design on November 21, 2011. The service provided 4,368 trips in August 2014.
